The firm moved into the hands of Hans-Joachim Gruse, grandson of the founder, after WWII followed by a move to Aerzen/Groß Berkel near Hameln in Niedersachsen (lower Saxoney), where the firm commenced with the production of agricultural appliances.

1981 saw the begin of the production of mobile lifting equipment, especially scissor lifting trucks, parallel to the manufacture of agricultural machinery. This program is being continually broadened and today covers equipment for lifting, tipping and container handling from both the standard and special programs.

The firm has grown in 2003 to over 122 employee`s, with a yearly turnover of approx` 13 million €. The lifting equipment is exported to many european countries and finds use in all branches of industry.

The wishes of our customers have been the main driving force behind our development between 1981 and 2003 which has lead to a strong broadening of the program and an increase of special productions catering to a customers specific needs.
