Customer freindlyness, service and quality are our guide lines to do justice to the importance of the customer in our firm. Our main aims (to make a profit, to maintain and develop the firm, to secure the income and workplace of our employee`s), can only be achieved with satisfied customers.

Our future can be secured by the on going improvement process, the quality of our products, our performance and the increased satisfaction of our customers. The willingness of all employees to continueing change and conformity are key to these aims.

A Quality Management System has been developed and installed to meet fully our duties and customer demands. It meets the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001 and all other necessary regulations and standards.

The management and all employee`s are obliged through this declaration to carry out all activities as to conform to the quality management handbook and to work towards improvement.

The quality management representative is responsible for the planning, control and correction of the quality management system. The quality management representative is directly under the control of the firms management because the "Maschinenfabrik August Gruse GmbH" places top priority on quality management.

The rewiew of internal audits by the management and the resulting measurements taken provides for a continueing improvement of the quality management system.

The schooling, training and motivation at the "Maschinenfabrik August Gruse GmbH" play an important rol in secureing the effectiveness of these and other measurements.
