 Studies
at BMW have shown that good ergonomics in the workplace are not only a cost factor, but
that above this money can be saved. Each sum can be calculated like the speeding up of a
machine. But like each investment the long term effect on the workforces health is the
deciding factor.GRUSE, manufacturer of lifting tables, trucks and tipping machines would like to introduce the assembly table M500 into areas where, because of cost electro-hydraulic height adjustable tables have not been used. With it's 500kg loading capacity and pallet sized table top, the table is robust enough to concur many difficult problems in assembly, welding, repair and packing work. With it's 800mm stroke the table can be brought to the required height at the press of a button thus saving unnecessary bending and lifting.The all round freedom under the table (no underframe) allows for tireless work in the standing position. Because it is not necessary to permanently install the table using floor anchors, a degree of flexability in the workplace can be archieved. The safety installations such as all round contact board, electric solenoid valves on the cylinder and safety clearances to avoid crushing injuries are to the latest standards.
